  The food gets 5 stars, the service gets 0. Every waiter that came to our table(of 10) was lacking in any and all cognition. Didn't listen to what anyone said, including drink and food orders. I got the "kobe style" and it was delicious, but everything was brought out and sat down on our table with no explanation of what was what. So I honestly had no clue which piece of beef I was eating. In addition to this, I made a request of not putting seeds on anything, due to a dietary restriction. Everything had seeds. I did my best and picked off what I could till the rice came(again covered in seeds) and had to send it back. About 40 minutes later the correct rice came. Nobody ever asked if I need another drink. The wait staff is basically useless here. This restaurant would be better off with a conveyer belt style format.
  
  Again. Let me reiterate. My food was excellent...despite not being made correctly. But the service end of this establishment is abysmal, and they should truly be ashamed. It's really sad.
  
  The decor and finishes are terrible and the bathroom(single) is disgusting.
