    Terrible service. I went to cancel 1 of my storage units 10 days in advance as they require on March 22. The facility manager told me she will charged me for April anyway because the day which I went there doesn't count. She has placed the charged for that unit in the same day on my credit card despite it was not the 1st of the month. Very unpleasant, disrespectfull and unprofesional service.

    The staff was curtious and efficient. The cleaning man assisted me while I was putting my things into my storage box. The two young men behind the counter my made my stressful move a lot quicker and easier. Highly recommend!!
