  found Joe on iPhone map. was buying a car for my son and needed a mechanic to look at. he is very professional and knowledgeable. If I didn't live on Long island he would absolutely be my mechanic!!

  Joe at Proper Service is an Honest and Trustworthy. I had my vehicle at a different shop and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. My vehicle went in the shop for a stalling condition and a Check Engine Light. Joe quickly got my vehicle in the shop (even though I did not have an appointment.) He then told me I had a Code for a bad Catalytic converter, so I asked what the cost of the Repair would be??? He had said to me He called the Local dealer and It was part of an Emissions Warranty. He even called the Local dealer made an appointment with them and dropped my vehicle off to the dealer for me. He didn't even Charge me a Diagnosis fee or anything. This was refreshing since I had my vehicle at another shop who charged my $97.00 to diagnose my vehicle but could not figure out what was wrong with it.
